I like that I can print the transcript to keep for future use should I run into the same problem and forgot what I had done the first time.
No matter how big or how small my problems are they are very professional and knowledgeable. I find it very helpful in having live chat and the tutorials available to access at any time I need them. I am thankful for the availability of being able to communicate with the support team about any immediate issues or problems I may be having.
